If you need to contact us about an issue with your PVRE device or PVRE USB C chargers please complete and submit the following form and our care team will be back in contact to help resolve the issue.
It is important that you give us as much information as possible to help us quickly and effectively resolve your issue and keep you smoke free. In some instances, you may be asked to return the device or accessory to us for evaluation. We will pay the postage cost to return the product where required. Please email us at email@example.com for information on how to obtain a return label.
If we determine that the product is faulty and covered by our warranty, then we will endeavour to repair, or where beyond repair, replace the product free of charge within 48 hours of notifying you of the same. Replacement or repaired products will only be covered under this warranty for the remaining unexpired period of the original product warranty.
