PVRE is not just an unrivalled vaping experience but also a product that will support your smoke free journey off tobacco usage. Now that you have gone PVRE, we provide you with a comprehensive warranty on our PVRE device and USB C chargers.
Please complete the form below to register your device within 30 days of purchase. Registering your device means that if you ever have any issues, it is easy to make a claim. Once you have registered your device you will also receive a discount code for our website.
The products covered by our PVRE Warranty
All new PVRE devices and PVRE USB C chargers purchased in the United Kingdom and European Union are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects.
PVRE devices: covered under this warranty for 6 months from purchase.
PVRE USB C chargers: covered under this warranty for 12 months from purchase. For the purposes of this warranty, a reference to a PVRE USB C charger is a reference to the PVRE USB C charging cable only, and does not include any mains power adapter.
Things that are not covered by our PVRE Warranty
E-Liquid: Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a warranty on our e-liquids due to the nature of the product. This is unless the item received is the incorrect item or if there are any other extenuating circumstances.
Our warranty also does not cover any faults to PVRE devices and PVRE USB C chargers that derive from due wear and tear or misuse of the product, including but not limited to:
- Unauthorised repairs or product modifications.
- Third party brand e-liquids used in the PVRE pod system.
- Third party brand pods used in the PVRE device.
- Improper charging of your device (including the use of alternative chargers and charging
- Incorrect use of your product in accordance with the PVRE user instructions.
The warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Your batch number is located at the bottom of your PVRE device, next to the charging port.
